Client Liaison

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a client liaison. This role requires high customer service experience, a centric mindset, excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn about the healthcare and legal industries. Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Use clear and concise language to convey complex information, ensuring clients have a solid understanding. Effectively communicate with clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and messaging platforms. Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear and accurate information exchange. Build and maintain a database of client interactions, updating contact information and preferences. Actively listen to clients' feedback and address any issues with professionalism and empathy. Use data-driven insights to refine client outreach strategies and communication approaches. Qualifications Punctual with good attendance records. Excellent English communication skills; verbal and written (fluent/advanced). Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus. Experience in a role as a Tier 2 supervisor on projects related to healthcare or legal operations is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle pressure situations with professionalism. Ability to work independently under clear guidance while still contributing to a team. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using communication tools, reservation systems, and office software.
