Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo offers an intimate ambiance, outstanding facilities along with a wide range of bespoke services.Job DescriptionAs Front Desk Manager you will ensure quality guest and customer service, exceeding expectations and achieving memorable experiences.Know and apply always the service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company.Perform and encourage upselling and cross-selling.QualificationsKnowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, MS Office, especially Excel.
