Job Description The Sales Manager (SM) is a field sales position within our growing Caribbean and Central America team. The SM will help drive the expansion of Visa Acceptance Solutions business into specific merchants and Acquirers the Caribbean and Central America market. This role is responsible for develop a strong relationship with the managed accounts, detect business opportunities and deploy the business initiatives in other to achieve the sales goals assigned. The Sales Manager will work closely with other Visa teams to offer a set of payment solutions to the defined accounts. Job Scope Identify, drive development, manage the sales process and close new businesses with defined and new accounts. Effectively lead revenue and bookings generation while meeting the account strategic business objectives Provide market expertise to properly identify, qualify, sales opportunities. Meet and exceed challenging quarterly sales goals. Establish and expand relationships with the defined accounts at all levels. Actively contribute to the evolving business and product strategy. Be in charge of the completion and presentation of RFPs and RFIs. Work closely with our Product Management team to maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new products. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD • Bachelor's degree • Fluent in Spanish and English • 2-5+ years of B2B enterprise software or technology sales experience selling to large companies through direct and indirect channels • Previous experience in the eCommerce, merchant and payment industries Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
