Sales Team Training: - Provide comprehensive training to sales teams on the features, benefits, and application methods of our fertilizer products. - Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively communicate the value proposition of our fertilizers to clients.2. Product Knowledge Management: - Stay updated on the latest developments in fertilizer technology and formulations. - Collaborate with the product development team to ensure sales teams are well-informed about new products and their applications.3. Client Consultation Support: - Assist sales teams in engaging with farmers to understand their unique needs and challenges related to fertilizer use. - Provide technical support during client meetings and contribute to the development of customized fertilizer plans.4. Event Planning and Execution: - Organize and conduct educational events, workshops, and field demonstrations for farmers to showcase best practices in fertilizer management. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging materials for events and promotional activities.5. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Collect and analyze data related to fertilizer application and client feedback to continuously improve training programs and event effectiveness. - Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators related to sales team training and event outcomes.Das bringen Sie mitBachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.Proven experience (min. 5 years) in agronomy with a focus on fertilizer management.Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively training sales teams and engaging with farmers.Event planning and execution experience is a plus.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
