The suitable candidate will be responsible for promote and sell the organization's products and services including spare parts and provide technical sales support. Main tasks and responsibilities Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels; Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets; Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business; Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands; Support and participate in complex customer negotiations or senior management dialogs; Reporting of order intake forecasts, won and lost (CRM), and market shares; Ensure business compliance to company policies; Ensure compliant behavior according to the company code of conduct. What you’ll need to succeedThe ideal candidate would have capabilities for cross-functional work. They would also have good communication and social skills, ability to focus locally in a global environment. Ideally you have: Education background on technical and commercial subjects (bachelor/ academic level); Experience in Sales; Able to travel > 60%; Fluent in English and Spanish; System knowledge: SAP, Salesforce, Google platform Global mindset, excellent communication skills and through various platforms email, phone, hangouts; Able to fulfill multiple assignments with a high level of independence; Commercial awareness and customer centricity; thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques; self-motivated with a results-driven approach; strong communication skills - including both verbal and written.
