Time has passed and our hard work paid off: now Webxloo is a team of 70+ professionals with big plans for the future The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our sales channels. The primary objective of this role is to generate leads, establish client relationships, and assist the marketing department in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include: Cold Calls/Follow-up Calls: Engage in cold calling activities to reach out to potential clients and follow up on previous communications. Utilize persuasive techniques to generate interest and establish relationships with potential customers. Lead Conversion: Contact leads generated from recent marketing campaigns and leverage sales strategies to convert them into active customers. Use effective communication skills to convey product benefits and address customer queries. Marketing Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing department to support their initiatives. This may involve creating engaging content, assisting with social media marketing efforts, and implementing email marketing campaigns. Ideal Profile Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or direct communication with clients. Willingness to learn and develop skills in creating strong engaging content and social media marketing. Proficient in computer literacy, including basic software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills (can be learned on the job): Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML. Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Knowledge of additional languages. Level of English: Advanced with a high level of written proficiency, to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
