Position Title: Community Manager Location: Remote (EST Timezone) Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (EST) Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager, an exclusive community for property managers. The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our online platform, fostering member engagement, and maintaining the high standards of our community. The ideal candidate will excel in creating connections, managing online platforms, and enhancing the professional journey of our members. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Develop strategies to increase member participation and interaction. Facilitate and moderate discussions to ensure productive dialogue. Organize online events, webinars, and live sessions to promote learning and networking. Content Management: Curate and publish relevant content such as articles, blogs, and newsletters. Manage the content calendar to ensure regular and engaging materials. Monitor and analyze content performance for continuous improvement. Member Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for member support and guidance. Manage onboarding for new members, ensuring a smooth introduction. Gather and address member feedback to enhance community features. Technical and Administrative Duties: Oversee the technical aspects of the online community platform. Maintain records of community activities and engagement metrics. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals. Event Planning and Management: Plan and execute online and occasional in-person community events. Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors for successful event outcomes. Qualifications: Proven experience in online community management; Circle experience is a plus. A basic understanding of property management or real estate is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and online community tools. Ability to analyze data for decision-making and strategy adjustments. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Software Skills Required: Essential: Zoom, Google Docs Comfortable learning quickly: Notion, Ninety.io (EOS tool), Circle (community platform) Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel to the USA 4x per year for conferences and meetings (REQUIRED) of 1 to 2 days, with travel costs covered. Candidates from Mexico or closer to Central American countries are preferred. Previous travel to the USA is necessary.
