The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the company's policies align with its strategic goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Raising profiles, functions, and competencies. Development of training programs for competency development and leveling in positions. Development of processes for recruitment, selection, and induction of new personnel. Development of career plans. Development of incentive programs. Development of disciplinary processes. Development of benefits and compensation package for employees. Review and update of internal regulations. Establish salary bands and salary structures according to market. Development of wellness plans for employees, organizational culture, values, and principles. Required Skills & Experience: University degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related careers. Strong knowledge of Panamanian labor law. Professional with 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Results and customer oriented. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of labor code. Excellent communication Skills in English both Verbal and Written. Exceptional conflict resolutions skills and ability to coach others. Strong administrative skills — organized and detail-oriented (ability to follow-up). Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion. Efficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in organizational restructuring. Experience in handling outsourced payroll. Knowledge and compliance with requirements, payments, and regulations of government institutions such as CSS/Minsa/Mitradel. Knowledge of development and execution of occupational safety plans.
