Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Requirements: • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience • Fluent in both English and Spanish • Proficient in navigating Apple product systems • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
