Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies that support the company's mission and goals in coding education for kids. Oversee and manage all operational departments, including curriculum development, instruction, marketing, and customer service. Ensure efficient utilization of company resources to deliver high-quality educational programs. Monitor key performance metrics and drive operational efficiencies across all programs and initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, educators, and community partners. Ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization through effective budgeting and resource allocation. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall learning experience. Qualifications: Proven experience as a COO or similar operational leadership role, preferably in the education or edtech sector. Strong background in strategy development and execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results. Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization. Proficiency in English language.
